When does the retreat begin?
Check in begins at 3pm Wednesday, October 19, 2022.
Programming begins at 10pm for a short Opening Circle and Meditation.
*Due to the late arrival times the first movement practice will be on Thursday, October 20 at 9am.
What time does programming end?
Programming ends at 10am on Wednesday, October 26, 2022.
Check out time is 12pm*.
*The retreat center will kindly allow us to leave our bags in the center if we have late flights.
How can I book massages appointments?
Face massage appointments may be booked through the link HERE. You can find a treatment list HERE. Payment can be made directly to Ksenja on site. Cash (pound), bank transfer and PayPal are accepted. *Any services are not included in the retreat total.
Are afternoon activities/workshops required?
Everything during the Retreat is optional. We highly encourage you to join us for all session as this programming is designed to be cumulative. This week is about taking care of YOU. Please do what feels best and right for your body and spirit.
What is an Altar Offering?
During the retreat, we invite you to bring an object that holds meaning for you. We will create a space at the front of our practice room for you to place this object. It could be a photo. A piece of art. Jewellery. A letter. Anything. We suggest that you think about this ahead of time. Begin the process of what it is that you are stepping into this week with what you want to work with, and place it on the altar.
What is the local currency?
The Greek currency is Euro. It is advised to bring cash (€) to pay for transport and any excursions.

Dietary Allergies
All our meals will be vegetarian and vegan, and most importantly delicious.
If you did not submit any dietary allergies during registration, please let us know as soon as you can
Transport

Airport transfer costs*
4-passenger taxi: 80€ (one-way)
7-seater van: 120€ (one-way)
11-seater van: 160€ (one-way)
Excursions:
The Catamaran Tour will be approximately €100 depending on how many students register. Just to note, this trip is weather permitted and not 100% guaranteed.
The sunset dinner will be approximately €40 per set menu.
FAQ's about the Retreat Center:
Will I need electrical outlet converters?
The venue uses the same electrical outlets for Europe.
Does the rooms have Air Conditioning?
The only air-conditioning available is the natural breeze flowing from the ocean. The rooms and common spaces are engineered to maximize natural air flow, minimize the heat effect from the sun and make the environment as pleasant as possible.
Will the rooms be cleaned?
Yes, the rooms will get a mid week clean.
Are yoga mats and props provided?
Yes, all yoga mats and props are provided but it is advised that you bring your own preferred mat.
Are hair dryers provided?
There are two hairdryers within each villa.
Are beach towels provided?
Yes, beach towels are provided.
Will alcohol be served?
Alcohol is not included but upon request, can be served at the sunset dinner.
Is the water safe to drink?
It is not recommended to drink water from the tap. The team will supply bottles of drinking water.
Are the mosquitoes bad?
There is usually a coastal breeze that keeps mosquitos away. For the dusk hours, we do suggest using non-deet based repellent or wearing light, long layers to cover up.
