From the moment I saw this space, I knew we had to Retreat here.
Our retreat home is the most stunning hillside monastery, in the mountains of Mallorca. It will be a significant moment in the year where we honour the changing of the seasons, a time to integrate the energies of the summer and welcome in the final part of the year. This retreat will give you everything you need to feel connected to YOU.
Over the course of 4 nights and 5 days we will delight in all things wellness. We will move together. We will meditate together. We will listen and share. We will have some tears and lots of laughs. We will enjoy nourishing foods, indulge in sunshine, and enjoy the sweetness of living softly. And I hope most of all there will be YOU! Raw and vulnerable, open and potent.
There is space for 15 guests across a variety of rooms and includes a serene swimming pool, stunning relaxation areas and the most beautiful views from every angle.

Whats the closest airport?
Palma Airport
How to travel?
Palma has great transport links from the UK and Europe, including low-cost carriers such as Easy Jet, Jet2 and Ryanair.
We will suggest recommended flights asap. Please do get in contact before booking your flights.
How far is the retreat from the airport?
Approximately 30 minutes.
What time is check in?
4pm (first practice will not be until the evening).
What time is check out?
10.30am (final practice will be in the morning).

Yes, yoga mats and props are provided.
Are afternoon activities required?
Everything during The Retreat is optional. The programming is designed to be cumulative. This week is about taking care of YOU. Please do what feels best and right for your body and spirit.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
This retreat offering does not offer refunds for the deposit for any reason.
If you should need to cancel prior to the July 1st, 2024 payment deadline, you will not be responsible for the remainder of your payment.
Should you need to cancel on or after July 1st, 2024, the remainder of your payment must be paid in full. This retreat offering is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
