Practices to talk to Spirit. 

Vinyasa Yoga on Wednesdays: 25/03, 01/04, 08/04, 15/04 at 6pm - 7pm GMT (UK time)

Yin Yoga on Sundays: 29/03, 05/04, 12/04, 19/04 at 6pm - 7pm. GMT (UK time)

Every day the world will you pull you in all of these different directions, telling you, "This is important," "This is important," and "This is important." It's up to you to put your hands on your heart and say no - "this is what's important." 

Trust me, I know, it can be really easy to forget and/or lose the connection to ourselves - to Source, to Universe, to God. Sometimes, in the hustle and bustle of life, we don’t always know what to say or how to connect. That’s why I created this spring series, these practices are meant to offer inspiration and guidance, but always with the understanding that you and your heart know best. 

We will work with Mandala Methodolgy through the four physiological lines of the body - front line, backline, spiral lines and lateral lines whilst blending them with a Kriyas - which are actions and techniques designed to achieve Spiritual connection. None of the practices are meant to be perfect or performative. They’re simply a way back to your inner world, your intuition, and the divine presence that always sits with you (even when you forget!). 

My hope is that you will open your body as a channel to receive guidance and support in ways your mind may not always understand.

And trust that the Divine will meet you exactly where you are.
