This retreat is very close to my heart.
We are so lucky to be running this special soul-cation in the Tuscan Countryside.
We will spend our days doing all the things that bring true lasting joy. Take daily Yoga sessions, surround yourself by wilderness, hiking in the hills, swimming in natural springs, eating nourishing homegrown produce with a glass of organic wine before retreating to a peaceful sleep in your cottage room. From every angle there are unobstructed views of beauty. Each part of this home has a beautiful bohemian yet traditional Tuscan style interior and for those of us who love a laid back relaxed simple style, it's something of a dream come true.
There's space for 14 yogis across a variety of mostly sharing rooms. We can't wait to welcome you!

6.30am lemon water, tea and coffee.
7:00 - 8.30am dynamic yoga flow
9:00 - 10:00 breakfast
10:00 - 13:00 excursion (hiking, natural springs)
13:30 - 15:00 lunch
15:00 - 18:00 free time to chill, pool, sauna, read, have a massage!
18:00 - 19:30 restorative session
20:00 - 21:30 dinner

Shared bed in double room. £1400pp.

* Please note you will be staying in the farmhouse (not the mother house).

Where is The Retreat held?
Arezzo, Tuscany.
Whats the closest airport?
Pisa Airport (PSA).
How to travel?
Pisa has great transport links from the UK and Europe, including low-cost carriers such as Easy Jet, Jet2 and Ryanair.
We will suggest recommended flights early 2024. Please do get in contact before booking your flights.
How far is the retreat from the airport?
Approximately two hrs
Transfers
We will organise a transfer for everyone on the suggested scheduled flight and/or guests who can be at airport on the 22nd July. We will do the same for all guests heading back to Airport on the 27th. The transfer each way will be approx £40pp.

Are yoga mats provided?
Yes, yoga mats and props are provided.
Are afternoon activities required?
Everything during The Retreat is optional. The programming is designed to be cumulative. This week is about taking care of YOU. Please do what feels best and right for your body and spirit.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
This retreat offering does not offer refunds for the deposit for any reason.
If you should need to cancel prior to the May 1st, 2024 payment deadline, you will not be responsible for the remainder of your payment.
Should you need to cancel on or after May 1st, 2025, the remainder of your payment must be paid in full. This retreat offering is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
When are remainders due?
Remainders are due two months prior.
